How long does it take to receive the Omni Manual 5 Drop Cushion Set?
Standard vinyl: 6–8 weeks
Double foam: 8–10 weeks
Heritage vinyl: 8–12 weeks
Real leather: 8–14 weeks
Why does it take so long?
With 21 vinyl colors, multiple foam options, and several upholstery upgrades, individual components often go on backorder. This can temporarily pause assembly. These cushions are built in batches to maintain quality and consistency.
Can I buy individual cushions?
No: Omni does not sell individual pre-assembled cushions (board + foam + cover).
Yes: Omni does sell individual cushion covers.
DIY installation is possible, but aligning piping and stretching covers correctly requires skill. Also, new vinyl will not match older, faded cushions.
Why doesn’t the new color match my old cushions?
Vinyl dye lots change yearly, and older cushions fade from sunlight, fluorescent lighting, and cleaning chemicals. Even the “same” color may not match perfectly.
