Omni Table Shipping Policy

 

Table Orders will be shipped LTL FREIGHT TRUCK via common carrier.

 Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use; all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground Services on all parts, so all packages can be tracked and have insurance for any part valued over $100.00. This Website will only ship parts weighing 75 pounds or less to any USA or Canada address. When you place an order, the website will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 Most parts orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless the product is "OUT OF STOCK" or "BACK ORDERED by the MFG".

Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout. 

*Please note, some special items or custom parts may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame. It is usually anywhere from 7-10 business days.

If a product is Back Ordered by the MFG, you will be notified by email. 

Placing Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • Our website accepts only one shipping address, we will not dropship to another location due to scams! 

 

Omni Table Parts rules for shipping in the United States

Omni Parts orders for in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. We are unable to process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping method is Ground (unless otherwise selected by Customer) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii – shipping method and rates may vary). Items ordered directly from the manufacturer may take longer. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules. Please note that any orders placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Central Time will not be processed until the following Monday.

Continental US Standard Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5-7 business days of shipment and include tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier. We are happy to use expedited shipping methods at customer request and expense. Please call 1-256-245-8390 for assistance.

Two Day - Your Omni Table Parts shipment should arrive in 2 business days (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Wednesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Tuesday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.

Standard Overnight - Your Chiropractic Table Parts shipment should arrive by end of day the next business day (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Tuesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Monday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.


Priority Overnight - Your Chiropractic Table Parts shipment should arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by 10:30 AM Tuesday. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive Monday morning by 10:30 AM CST. Please call customer service for a custom quote. Priority overnight is not available in all areas.


Alaska / Hawaii Ship Method
All Omni Table Parts parcels are shipped using Ground, USPS, or another international carrier. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on order make up and destination. For more information, please call us at 1-256-245-8390.

Post Office Box & APO/FPO
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO OR APO/FPO BOXES

All taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. 


Oversized / Heavy Parts Items

An additional fixed charge may apply to oversized and overweight 
parts. For more information, please call us at 1-256-245-8390.

Ground shipping charges for heavy parts orders.

Due to the substantial cost to ship some orders we will adjust our ground shipping rates based on the total weight of your cart. Please review your cart carefully before ordering and adjust as needed.
All weights are calculated based on dimensional weights (calculated from the length, width and height of a package) for shipping considerations.
Please note that any orders that exceed 75lbs will need to be placed though customer service to arrange special shipping. Please contact 1-256-245-8390 and someone will be able to assist you with your order.

Manufacturer Direct Shipping

Products with an item status of "Drop Ship" will ship directly from the manufacturer. We can confirm the estimated date the order may ship and upon request, we can contact the manufacturer and provide you with tracking information once it ships. For more information, please call us at 1-256-245-8390.
 

Important Disclaimer
Our Chiropractic Table shipping terms are FOB Seller’s warehouse. Risk of loss transfers at time of shipment. We are happy to contact the shipper on your behalf to file a claim.
